We raise Black Angus cattle that have a bit of Hereford influence. Every year we keep a few back to finish off for butchering. We have the beef processed through a local government inspected abattoir and then sell the meat directly to our customers. Customers get to chose their own cuts this way. So if you like to have a lot of steaks, you can have them! Or if you prefer hamburger or roasts or even sausages. Our beef is grass raised with a bit of grain during the last few months of finishing. There is minimal fat on them and we have found them to be tender and tasty. There is nothing like a big steak right off of the barbeque!
